I have had the pleasure of working with Joe Pineda on a few large roofing projects over the past 12 years of knowing him and his family. One project in particular was over 89 paired home units in a subdivision in Brighton Colorado.

Not only did Joe offer his expertise in the upgrades needed to bring these units to code, but he personally inspected each home thoroughly and provided a very detailed report for each individual unit, for where improvements were needed.

 

Throughout the project, Joe met me personally on site to go over any unforeseen concerns and was able to quickly provide a sound and realistic solution and didn’t slow down the project’s timeline. While on the property Joe and his team ensured not only the safety of his employees, but the safety of the tenants and homeowners throughout the community and offered peace of mind with a weekly report on the progress being made. After work commenced daily, he and his team ensured there were no dangerous materials left behind of obstructing the way of the residents.

 

I can say honestly, that Joe provided the utmost professional transaction and made working with his company a breeze. I never felt pressured or unclear about the projects progression and surely as promised, the job was completed on time. This type of customer service and professionalism is hard to come across these days.
